Privacy Policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
ListAmp ("we") helps sellers turn photos of circuit breakers into eBay listings. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never store your password itself.
- eBay connection: when you connect eBay, eBay gives us access tokens and your eBay user ID and username. We store these encrypted and use them only to create and publish listings and to set up your shipping, payment and return policies.
- Photos and listing details: photos you add are sent to our AI provider to read the label, and to eBay when you post. We don't keep your photos on our servers after the request finishes. Your in-progress photos and drafts are saved only in your own browser so you don't lose work; clearing the list removes them.
- Listing history: the title, price, catalog number and eBay item number of listings you post, so you can see and export them.
- Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and plan, never your card number.
- Usage: how many listings you post each month, so we can apply your plan's limit.
How we use it
Only to run ListAmp: sign you in, read labels, post listings to your eBay store, bill your plan, and give support. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- eBay, to publish listings you ask us to post.
- Anthropic (Claude), which reads the label in each photo you submit.
- Stripe, which processes payments.
- Resend, which sends password reset emails.
- Vercel and Upstash, which host the site and store account data.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
We use one sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and a short-lived cookie during eBay connection. No tracking or ad cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account data while your account is open. You can disconnect eBay at any time from ListAmp, which deletes your eBay tokens. If you close your eBay account, eBay notifies us and we delete your eBay data automatically. You can delete your ListAmp account anytime under Account → Delete my account. That cancels your subscription and erases your account, settings and listing history right away. Listings already published on eBay stay on eBay and are managed there. You can also email us and we'll do it within 30 days.
Security
eBay tokens are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Age
ListAmp is for business sellers aged 18 or older.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell active customers about significant changes.
