By creating a ListAmp account you agree to these terms.
The service
ListAmp reads photos of electrical parts, drafts eBay listings, and posts them to the eBay account you connect. ListAmp is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay.
Your responsibilities
- Check every listing before you post it. Labels can be misread, and suggested prices are estimates. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for following eBay's policies and the law.
- Only post items you own or have the right to sell.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly listing limit, which resets at the start of each calendar month. You can change plans or cancel anytime from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse ListAmp: no attempts to break or overload the service, resell access, or post prohibited or counterfeit items.
No warranty
ListAmp is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available, or that listings will sell.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ListAmp's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending service
You can stop using ListAmp anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will update the date above. Continuing to use ListAmp means you accept the changes.
